Hvis opl\u00f8sningen ikke er god, vil der opst\u00e5 miceller eller endda h\u00e5rde blokke, som direkte p\u00e5virker den efterf\u00f8lgende proces og produktkvaliteten. F\u00f8rst dispergeres polyvinylalkoholen i koldt vand. Dispersion betyder, at partiklerne er spredt i vandet, snarere end en stor gruppe. I industriel produktion placeres kegler til bulkmateriale ofte ved indf\u00f8ringsporten, og indf\u00f8ringshastigheden kontrolleres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Den anden er at placere den i en periode under langsom omr\u00f8ring eller statisk, s\u00e5 PVA'en svulmer op i koldt vand.
