Si la dissolution n'est pas bonne, des micelles ou m\u00eame des blocs durs apparaissent, ce qui affecte directement la suite des op\u00e9rations et la qualit\u00e9 du produit. Tout d'abord, l'alcool polyvinylique est dispers\u00e9 dans de l'eau froide. La dispersion signifie que les particules sont dispers\u00e9es dans l'eau, plut\u00f4t que de former un grand groupe. Dans la production industrielle, des c\u00f4nes de mat\u00e9riaux en vrac sont souvent plac\u00e9s au niveau de l'orifice d'alimentation et la vitesse d'alimentation est contr\u00f4l\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La seconde consiste \u00e0 placer le PVA pendant un certain temps sous agitation lente ou statique, afin qu'il gonfle dans l'eau froide. Le temps de gonflement est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 en fonction du type sp\u00e9cifique de PVA. Ensuite, l'eau est chauff\u00e9e lentement et uniform\u00e9ment jusqu'\u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e, tout en \u00e9tant remu\u00e9e lentement pour dissoudre le PVA. La temp\u00e9rature de dissolution varie entre 80 et 90 degr\u00e9s selon le mod\u00e8le sp\u00e9cifique.
