Als vereiste voor het kwaliteitscontrolebeheer moet deze in realtime worden getest en aangepast, zodat er continu kan worden geproduceerd binnen het bereik dat aan de vereisten voldoet. De uniformiteit van de foliedikte heeft een directe invloed op de kwaliteit van downstreamproducten, zoals high-speed kleurenprinten, high-speed automatisch verpakken, enz. Verschillende kwaliteiten van producten hebben verschillende af-fabriek prijzen, en de gradatie heeft grote invloed op de effici\u00ebntie van de onderneming. Daarom is het controleren van de foliedikte op de productielijn van PVA-folie ook van cruciaal belang geworden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De belangrijkste factoren die de uniformiteit van de film be\u00efnvloeden zijn:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De processtatus van de productielijn en de stabiliteit van de productieapparatuur; de voorbereiding en co\u00f6rdinatie van elk onderdeel en proces, de geco\u00f6rdineerde werking en de geschikte productieapparatuur zijn de belangrijkste factoren;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De meetinstrumenten zijn nauwkeurig.
